Sued Robert G. Sedgewick & won.

Had the distinct peasure of getting a full judgment against Robert G. Sedgewick (AKA Geoff Sedgewick), who sells boats in St Stephen NB.
After being left with a boat tied to the wharf with a broken mast and the sails hanging in the water, it's only taken a year and a half to get Geoff to make good on his end of the deal.
So finally, after numerous attempts to sort things out with him, after winning in small claims court, and after repeated efforts to settle out of court, we appeared in front of Justice McLellan.
Short version: He lost, I won. He also swore at me in the parkng lot, but that was OK... because I WON.
